What is Saubhagya Collection’s Shipping Policy?

At Saubhagya Collection, we strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest possible time.

The estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days from the date of purchase, depending upon the delivery location.

Important Shipping Guidelines

To ensure your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number:

  • Provide complete address details including House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and Landmark.
  • Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  • Ensure your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as we may contact you for delivery-related queries.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel and pay the exact amount.

Damaged Parcel Policy

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it.

Note: We ensure all parcels are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. However, they go through multiple handling processes during transit. If you accept a damaged shipment, responsibility for any missing product may not be ours.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Orders below ₹499 will be charged a ₹50 shipping fee.
  • Shipping charges remain the same irrespective of order size.
  • Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST/VAT, or any other applicable charges.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can check your order status by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

How Are Orders Delivered?

All orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners such as:

Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Speed Post, etc.

Do You Deliver Outside India?

Currently, Saubhagya Collection delivers only within India.

Cancellation & Modifications

What is Saubhagya Collection’s Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfill all placed orders. However, there may be rare cases where we must cancel an order due to:

  • Stock limitations
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Fraud detection or payment issues

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be reversed to your original payment method.

You may cancel your order until it has not been packed at our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout within the applicable time frame.

Can I Modify the Shipping Address After Placing the Order?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address before the order is packed.

When Will I Receive My Refund After Cancellation?

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable since payment has not been made.
  • For prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI), refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days from cancellation.
