Return Policy

Did not like the product you shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No worries.

We understand that sometimes you may change your decision after purchasing a fashion product. We value your trust and your money, and we never want you to regret your purchase. That is why we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

Return Window

You may raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests raised after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Images of the product received
  • Clear image of the label/tag
  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared with you.

Important Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Shipping cost for return will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
  • Refund amount will be calculated after deducting any discounts applied during purchase.

Refund Policy

(A) PAY ON DELIVERY / CASH ON DELIVERY Orders

  • Refund will be processed to your bank account after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • An additional COD service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • COD service deduction charges are: ₹40 for North India and ₹88 for South India
  • COD service charges may vary depending on location and logistics partner.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the returned parcel is received and refund is processed.

(B) ONLINE PREPAID ORDERS

(Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Wallets)

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card.
  • For UPI payments, the refund will be transferred to the same UPI ID used at checkout.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and the refund is processed.

⚠️ Please do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the parcel is handed over properly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Hampers cannot be returned.
  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
